What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Staff position at Scituate Light Caregivers LLC?
Our company is hiring per diem staff in the Lowell/Dracut area for 3p-11p shifts and 11p-9a shifts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year as a residential counselor in a group home setting.
- Ability to make independent judgments and decisions
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity
- Must become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and Safety training within 150 days of employment.
- All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check.
