What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician in Peptide Manufacturing position at SciTide?
SciTide is looking for full-time, entry-level laboratory technician to work in our fast-paced peptide manufacturing facility located in Shirley Massachusetts. The position will provide direct one-on-one instruction from industry leaders in peptide synthesis, purification and quantitation.
- UPLC/MS (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)
- Microwave Peptide Synthesizers (CEM)
- Reverse Phase HPLC
- Waters UPLC for Quantitation
The right individual will be highly motivated and have the capacity to learn and apply new skills on a daily basis. They will have attention to detail and the ability to accurately pipette and distribute peptides. A degree or certificate in chemistry, biology or similar is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual without these.
