Are you a dedicated BCBA looking for a supportive clinical environment where you can truly make a difference?
At Scissortail Therapy Services, we provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. As we expand our impact, we are thrilled to be launching a specialized private school for children with disabilities, led by a BCBA-D.
We are seeking empathetic, detail-oriented clinical leaders to join our team, manage clinic caseloads, and grow alongside this groundbreaking educational initiative.
- Clinical Leadership: Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide high-quality, ongoing supervision and training to RBTs, ensuring procedural integrity and meeting or exceeding BACB supervision standards.
- Data Analysis & Programming: Utilize Motivity and Aloha to analyze frequency, duration, and ABC data to make informed, data-driven clinical decisions.
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and developmental assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland) to guide programming.
- Parent Guidance: Lead regular caregiver training and maintain professional, empathetic communication with families regarding client progress and skill generalization.
- Safety & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of crisis management and redirection protocols (e.g., CPI/QBS/PCM), ensuring clinical safety and strict ethical compliance.
- 🚀 Unique Career Growth & Collaboration: Be at the forefront of clinical and educational innovation. With the launch of our new private school, you will have unique opportunities to expand your role, collaborate across settings, and learn directly under the mentorship of our School Director (BCBA-D).
- 📊 Manageable Caseloads: We prioritize clinical quality over quantity, ensuring you have the time to deeply focus on each client's progress and your RBTs' development.
- 🤝 Collaborative Culture: Work within a supportive network of clinicians where your voice is heard, and clinical collaboration is actively encouraged.
- 📋 Administrative Support: Benefit from dedicated scheduling and billing support via Aloha, allowing you to focus on what you do best—clinical excellence.
- Certification: Must hold a current, active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, and possess (or be eligible for) state licensure where applicable.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [1–2 years] of experience functioning as a BCBA is preferred, with a strong background in clinic-based settings.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a deep-seated passion for mentorship and evidence-based practice.
- Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and possess reliable transportation.
