What You’ll Own
- Sell memberships, liquor, and add-on services
- Make and serve drinks in our lounge
- Handle all check-ins, payments, and client needs
- Build repeat business through consistent, personal service
- Be the face of the brand—set the tone, own the vibe
- Base pay sales commission
- Gratuity
- Raises every 6 months based on performance
