Here’s What You’ll Actually Be Doing
âś” Leading by example on the floor and behind the chair
âś” Supporting the GM with team development, training, and daily operations
âś” Tracking KPIs, driving membership sales, and boosting client retention
âś” Handling the not-so-fun stuff: accountability, coaching, tough convos
✔ Keeping our vibe alive—culture, cleanliness, and consistency, core values
✔ Filling in the gaps when the GM’s off (and making them proud they can be)
We’re Looking For Someone Who
– Have management or leadership experience in service or retail
– Can confidently say “we don’t do drama here” and mean it
