What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Scioto Valley Hot Tubs & Spas, Inc.?
We are a small business of approximately 45 employees, looking for a friendly, empathetic person with excellent communication skills to join our Service team as a Customer Service Representative. We strive to provide 5-star service to all of our customers and this person will play an integral part in making sure every customer they have contact with has a great experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services.
- Escalating queries and concerns when necessary.
- Setting up delivery times with cutomers and communicating with delivery crew.
- Taking customer payments and closing out at the end of the day to make sure all payments are accounted for accurately.
- Entering service orders in the computer system.
- Working closely with Service Technicians to communicate customer needs
The qualified person must:
- Have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with the customer.
- Be able to multitask and have the organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time.
- Have teamwork skills to collaborate with coworkers in other departments.
- Be comfortable with basic computer technology.
- Must be thorough and detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
