Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Medical Assistant (RT/GXMO) role located in Columbus, OH. The Medical Assistant will assist in daily clinical operations, including patient care, administering tests, managing medical records, and ensuring the smooth flow of clinic processes. Other responsibilities include accurately documenting medical information, maintaining medical office operations, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding of Medical Terminology
- Experience working within Medical Office settings and managing Medical Records
- Strong skills in delivering Patient Care, including clear communication with patients
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or General X-ray Machine Operator (GXMO) preferred
- Basic computer and electronic health record (EHR) system proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Previous experience in urgent care or clinical settings is a plus
