What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Special Services Manager position at Scioto Services?
Scioto Services, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, sanitize, and service large and small businesses across the Eastern United States. In a nutshell: we clean buildings really well.
Scioto Services is currently looking for a highly motivated individual who thinks outside of the box and has the ability to lead a small team of technicians on jobsites throughout the Teays Valley area with the primary focus being softwash/pressure washing but could include other duties in the off season.
Job Skills/Requirements
Our Special Services team completes a variety of duties which include but are not limited to:
Pressure Washing
Soft Washing
Preventative Maintenance
Floor Care-including Carpet Cleaning
High Dusting
Painting
Construction Clean Up
Industrial Cleaning
The manager will be responsible for a team of 1-4 technicians on a jobsite and must be able to meet and communicate effectively with our customer. The manager must be detail oriented and have great time management skills.
Shift: Typical shift is anywhere between 5am-5pm but could vary depending on planned work and include nights and weekends with minimal overnight travel.
