What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Worker position at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Worker to provide assistance to residents in achieving the desired outcomes of their individualized service plans. Assists residents meeting their general needs and enhancing the resident’s participation in group activities, meetings, and treatment and when appropriate providing one on one services. Facilitates a variety of activities for residents by in performance of essential duties.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate degree preferred. One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, annual CPR review and annual PPD testing are required.
