Join Scioto Country Club’s Food & Beverage team and help deliver the high-level service our members expect. We are hiring for multiple front-of-house positions, including Servers, Bartenders, and Food Runners.
Server Overview
Provide attentive, high-quality service while creating a memorable dining experience for members.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver orders accurately
- Communicate menu items, specials, and events
- Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation
- Anticipate member needs and provide personalized service
Bartender Overview
Craft exceptional beverages and enhance the member experience through knowledge and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages to standard
- Recommend pairings and menu items
- Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Food Runner Overview
Support service staff by ensuring accurate, timely delivery of food from kitchen to members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food quickly and accurately
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team
- Assist with food presentation and table service
