Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing critical care and support to chronically ill patients in our specialty hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and coworkers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning processes.
- Ensure effective communication with physicians and family members to facilitate a smooth recovery process.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelor's of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum six months as a Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
