Role Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Care team at ScionHealth.
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions in an acute care setting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provides direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Communicates effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and coworkers regarding patient clinical conditions and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
