About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ScionHealth. As a Clinical Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, and provide education appropriate to their age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Document patient care given, including progress notes, lab results, and medication administration records.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensure: Current Alabama RN Licensure or Compact License that includes AL.
- Certifications: BLS obtained within 30 days of hire date, ACLS obtained within 30 days of hire date.
