Job Description
This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- A minimum of six months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.
