We are not the place for hard and fast sales; we genuinely care about our clients and how we can best serve them. The Senior Partnership Development Manager is responsible for outbound business development. This person will report to the Partnerships Leader to further grow our market! We are looking for someone who is driven to: 1) discover and connect with new and existing clients who are in need of our support, and 2) explain how we can best serve their needs.
This position is for immediate hire, fully remote, and must reside and work in the Dallas, TX metro area (out of state residents will not be considered).

Responsibilities
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Partnering closely with an incredible staffing executive while executing top-notch partnerships, account management, and business development practices.
- Obtaining temporary, temp to hire, direct hire and retained recruitment opportunities for our internal recruitment teams.
- Identifying and securing new client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings and other methods. This includes a combination of cold-calling, networking online/in-person and other activities to build relationships in the community.
- Follow-up and engagement with current clients to help ensure repeat business.
- Regular use of social media to continually develop a business pipeline.
- Planning new ideas and strategies to generate sales.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell other lines of business.
- Creating and editing contracts and proposals from company templates to send to current and prospective clients.
- Bringing organization, accuracy, and an impeccable eye for detail to ensure the work and information being sent on behalf of the Partnership teams is top notch.
- Helping organize client information and making essential updates in Bullhorn ATS.
- Tracking the status of client engagements, leads, and sales.
- Conducting research on prospective clients and regions.
- Establishing positive and strong rapport with clients and team members and building relationships that empower and further business.
- Learning, growing, and leading real work that is impactful and fulfilling.
- Bringing passion and energy to an incredible team of professionals!
- Must meet billing requirements to be successful!
- 6 years prior successful experience in B2B sales.
- Positive energy and strong desire to help grow the business as your own!
- Drive to make the next phone call and email outreach even better than the last.
- Experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for research.
- High energy, intrinsic motivation, outwardly contagious and motivational demeanor, excitement to connect and collaborate!
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Coachability and openness to receiving constructive and specific feedback – you are eager to learn every day and pivot quickly towards progress!
- Commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction with a willingness to get creative, always with a solutions first approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with impeccable use of grammar and punctuation.

- On-target earnings of $125,000-$150,000 annually through a combination of a competitive starting base salary ($75,000 DOE), uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses, with top performers having the potential to significantly exceed these earnings as their client portfolio grows.
