POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Director will serve as the senior leader for a regional chapter, overseeing fundraising, community engagement, volunteer leadership, and operational performance. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, healthcare leaders, volunteers, and community stakeholders to advance the organization's mission and drive sustainable growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead strategic planning, chapter operations, financial oversight, and organizational performance to achieve fundraising and mission goals
- Drive revenue growth through major gifts, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, events, and community fundraising initiatives
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors, volunteers, healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community leaders
- Recruit, engage, and support volunteer leadership, advisory board members, and key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
- Serve as the chapter's primary ambassador and ensure compliance with organizational policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, business development, nonprofit leadership, sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to secure major gifts, sponsorships, and philanthropic support while growing organizational revenue
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and motivating teams
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive salary of $140,000-$170,000 annually, commensurate with experience
