What You Will Do
- Evaluate personal injury claims and assess case merit, liability, and potential value
- Represent clients in litigation, including hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Develop and execute case strategies to maximize recovery and favorable outcomes
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key legal filings
- Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
- Analyze medical records, collaborate with experts, and assess damages
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to resolve claims efficiently
- Advise clients on case strategy, risks, and potential outcomes
- Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to efficient case management processes
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 4 or more years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case strategy skills
- Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and overall fit
- Fully remote work environment (California-based)
