- Draft leases, purchase agreements, easements, deeds, and other real estate and transactional documents
- Review legal descriptions, surveys, title commitments, title opinions, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and prepare real estate closing documents including escrow instructions, affidavits, closing certificates, and statements for attorney review
- Analyze, summarize, proofread, and organize complex legal and real estate documentation
- Support all aspects of real estate transactions, including title review, survey analysis, and drafting title objection letters and responses
- Maintain organized files and provide transactional and administrative support within a fast-paced legal environment
- 5 years experience supporting oil & gas, real estate, corporate, or transactional legal matters within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong drafting, proofreading, document review, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with real estate transactions, title review processes, and closing documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
