POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for staff, visitors, and program participants. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team leadership, vendor coordination, and facilities management responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple facilities, including preventative maintenance planning and emergency repair response
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate maintenance staff while promoting a collaborative and safety-focused work environment
- Oversee building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance activities
- Manage vendor relationships, contractor services, procurement activities, and maintenance-related projects
- Monitor work orders, maintenance systems, fleet operations, and facility improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency
- Support safety compliance efforts and participate in on-call response activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, property management, construction, healthcare facilities, or related environments
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or supervising maintenance personnel
- Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fleet operations, or preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to manage competing priorities, respond to operational challenges, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
