- Take an active role in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trials (travel as needed)
- Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- 4–10 years of litigation experience, with strong exposure to personal injury matters
- Trial-ready mindset with courtroom familiarity (trial experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
- Motivated by performance-based compensation and growth opportunities
- Strong communication, advocacy, and client management skills
- Background in plaintiff-side work preferred (defense candidates with relevant exposure considered)
- Active Bar License in Good Standing with TN, or eligibility for admission
