Litigation Compliance Counsel (Remote – U.S.)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $160K–$180K bonus benefits

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on litigation ethics and compliance issues
- Evaluate conflicts of interest and draft waivers
- Develop and refine policies, SOPs, and client-facing documents
- Audit cases to ensure compliance and quality control
- Identify risks and improve processes at scale
- 3 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
- 2 years in ethics/compliance (litigation-focused)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing legal risk and business needs
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Fully remote with national scope and visibility
