POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner supporting executive leadership across a diverse portfolio of business and personal initiatives. This role combines executive support, project coordination, operational administration, financial tracking, and problem-solving responsibilities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, takes ownership of challenges, and enjoys independently finding solutions while managing competing priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, communications, scheduling, and administrative priorities
• Coordinate operational activities, vendor relationships, service providers, and ongoing projects
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance
• Prepare reports, track key initiatives, maintain documentation, and monitor project progress
• Research, coordinate, and resolve complex administrative and operational challenges independently
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-through and communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, or leadership teams in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial tracking, invoicing, or accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated history of taking initiative and driving tasks to completion
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Portland metro area as needed
