This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, compliance, audits, and financial operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organizational strategy and performance. - Lead all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial planning across multiple entities
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, board packages, and finance committee materials
- Oversee audits, tax compliance, internal controls, risk management, and financial policies to ensure organizational compliance and operational excellence
- Develop financial models, key performance metrics, and strategic analyses to support organizational growth and business decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership and department managers to support operational and financial objectives across the organization
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for finance team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Strong experience leading finance and accounting operations within a healthcare or multi-entity environment preferred
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and internal controls
- Experience partnering with executive leadership, boards, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
