Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload
- Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Take and defend depositions
- Support trial preparation and overall case strategy
- Provide practical legal analysis and strategic guidance to clients
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members regarding case status, deadlines, and next steps
- Maintain organized case files and consistently meet litigation deadlines
- Previous litigation experience
- Active Colorado bar license required
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive approach to case management
- Experience with commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus
- Base salary range: $145,000 – $160,000, depending on experience
