Sales Executive (3 Years, 1 Year Minimum in Healthcare )

📍 Location Requirement: Austin/Georgetown, TX area only

Scintillate RCM Healthcare had launched our Georgetown office and looking for battle-tested B2B sales professionals ready to dominate a new market.
What you'll do:
- Hunt and close RCM deals with medical practices, ASCs, and hospital systems
- Sign 6-7 new clients in Year 1
- Use our proven C.H.A.M.P.S. sales methodology to close deals in 60-90 days
- Build your career with equity potential and direct path to leadership
What you bring:
- 3 years B2B sales with consistent quota attainment (ideally 4x OTE)
- Track record of closing complex deals ($50K-$200K ACV)
- Hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them
- Self-starter DNA — you own your territory and results
- Healthcare/RCM experience is a strong plus - Minimum 1 year required
- If you've sold SaaS, services, or solutions into regulated industries, you'll succeed here
What we offer:
- Target OTE: $120K-$132K (Year 1)
- Commission on annual contract value with accelerators
- Top performers: $160K-$190K
- Equity discussions for top performers after Year 1
