QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate application functionality, reliability, and usability-primarily across LMS platforms.
- Perform hands-on testing of mobile applications, dashboards, and gamification features to ensure data accuracy and user experience quality.
- Support integration testing efforts involving tools such as MS Teams, LinkedIn Learning, Oracle Fusion Cloud Data, Oracle Workspace, and Google Looker BI.
- Document and communicate test results, defects, and observations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with QA leads, developers, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in software testing and quality assurance, including test case execution and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or similar systems focused on employee learning and development.
- Exposure to mobile testing, dashboard validation, and gamification metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with integration testing tools such as MS Teams, Oracle Fusion Cloud Data, Oracle Workspace, and Google Looker BI is a plus.
- Working knowledge of QA methodologies, including requirements review, defect lifecycle, and testing best practices.
