Salary: $86,250 -$115,000

We re seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record of orchestrating large-scale initiatives within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, operational fluency, and deep expertise in managing cross-functional programs across regulated domains. Experience with VEEVA Vault or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program delivery across regulatory, clinical, and commercial portfolios
• Align cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and governance alignment
• Ensure program compliance with GxP standards and internal quality frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on prioritization and resource planning

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of program or project leadership experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings
• Demonstrated success managing multi-stream initiatives in regulated environments
• Strong command of GxP workflows, documentation systems, and compliance protocols
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in program tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with VEEVA Vault (Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory modules)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models
