Lead enterprise-wide HUB and patient access programs that help patients overcome barriers to life-changing therapies. My client is seeking an accomplished operations leader to drive performance, scalability, and exceptional service across a growing portfolio of healthcare programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients
• Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows
• Own SLA performance, SOWs, renewals, compliance, revenue, and margin
• Drive cross-functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation, and analytics
• Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA/advanced degree preferred
• Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
• Executive-level client relationship skills
• Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross-functional teams
