- Lead meaningful SPC, capability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead complaint investigations, failure analysis, and root cause activities
- Support ISO 9001:2015-compliant manufacturing operations
- Develop SPC data collection, capability studies, and gage studies
- Review specifications, prints, quality requirements, and supplier performance
- Represent Quality on the MRB and guide product disposition
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Manufacturing/quality environment experience
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR, or NADCAP
- Ability to read manufacturing prints and apply GD&T
- Knowledge of calibration/metrology; auditor certification preferred
