- Build and maintain the Master Production Schedule
- Release production orders through ERP/MRP
- Coordinate materials, capacity, and production priorities
- Track KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust schedules
- Support lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ERP/MRP expertise; Epicor preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems
- CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma, or aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus
