Location: NJ/PA Area – Ideally in Monmouth County (Hybrid, with other arrangements considered)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting master planning, redevelopment planning, and affordable housing initiatives.
• Using analytical tools to collect, organize, and interpret land use and statistical data.
• Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Addressing issues related to growth, population, traffic, housing, and utilities.
• Supporting municipal and private clients with expert planning guidance.
  
  

About You

• Hold a valid New Jersey Professional Planner’s License.
• AICP Certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners is preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of planning theories, principles, and practices.
