What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop functional mushroom ingredient prototypes and support new product development
• Design and execute experiments to validate stability and performance across applications
• Maintain accurate formulation records and regulatory-compliant data
• Present technical findings to internal and cross-functional teams
• Partner with external processors, suppliers, and co-manufacturers on commercialization
• Manage samples, ingredient sourcing, and detailed documentation
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
• Skilled formulator with experience across RTD, RTM, bars, confections, or personal care
• Strong communicator able to translate scientific concepts for varied audiences
• Knowledgeable in food safety, regulatory frameworks, and GMP environments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
