- Develop functional mushroom ingredient prototypes and support new product development
- Design and execute experiments to validate stability and performance across applications
- Maintain accurate formulation records and regulatory-compliant data
- Present technical findings to internal and cross-functional teams
- Partner with external processors, suppliers, and co-manufacturers on commercialization
- Manage samples, ingredient sourcing, and detailed documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Skilled formulator with experience across RTD, RTM, bars, confections, or personal care
- Strong communicator able to translate scientific concepts for varied audiences
- Knowledgeable in food safety, regulatory frameworks, and GMP environments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
