- Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and utility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Support equipment installations, commissioning, and validations
- Maintain GMP and FDA-compliant maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with outside vendors and respond to urgent maintenance needs
- Experience maintaining pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated facility utilities
- Strong knowledge of steam boilers and HVAC humidification/dehumidification systems
- Skilled in replacing compressors, motors, and valves within HVAC systems
- Experience with USP purified water, clean steam, and waste neutralization systems
- Boiler certification preferred
