- Managing full lifecycle engineering projects for aseptic filling systems, isolators, lyophilizers, and component prep equipment
- Overseeing installation, integration, and IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities
- Defining technical requirements, reviewing URS/FAT/SAT documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Leading deviation/CAPA efforts related to equipment and processes
- Supervising and mentoring a team of engineers while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence
- Managing vendors, contracts, and equipment suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- BS in Mechanical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processing, isolator technology, and lyophilization
- Skilled in reading technical documentation (CAD, P&IDs, I&C, controls logic, etc.)
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines and ISPE practices
