- Lead the QMS supporting AS9100, ISO 9001, and Nadcap compliance.
- Direct audits, customer quality activities, and regulatory initiatives.
- Oversee inspection, FAI, PPAP/APQP, and CAPA/8D programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve quality, reduce scrap, and elevate performance.
- Develop and mentor the quality organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Expertise with AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, and ITAR.
- Strong knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and non-destructive testing.
- Experience supporting major aerospace customers and regulatory audits.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
