- Select and install fixtures, tooling, attachments, and materials
- Perform drilling, tapping, threading, turning, facing, and boring operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and setup documentation
- Calculate machining parameters including speed, feed, and coolant flow
- Conduct trial runs and verify machine accuracy
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and setup requirements
- Skilled in calculating machining factors and machine controls
- Experience performing precision machining operations including boring and threading
- Ability to verify programmed control data through setup validation
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR and export control requirements
