What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate meetings, timelines, communication, and documentation across teams
• Track project tasks, maintain records, and keep development moving on schedule
• Build and update packaging specifications and key technical attributes
• Assist in packaging testing, data collection, and issue escalation
• Support launches, packaging changes, value engineering, and innovation projects
• Monitor industry trends and document opportunities for improvement
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong communicator able to translate technical details clearly
• Skilled in documentation, test protocols, and basic reporting
• Solid organizational and project coordination abilities
• Familiarity with packaging materials, CPG environments, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word (TOPS/CAPE a plus)
