- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong communicator able to translate technical details clearly
- Skilled in documentation, test protocols, and basic reporting
- Solid organizational and project coordination abilities
- Familiarity with packaging materials, CPG environments, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word (TOPS/CAPE a plus)
