What You’ll Be Doing

• Review, draft, and support negotiations for vendor, confidentiality, sponsorship & related agreements
• Maintain contract systems, templates, reporting, and file structures
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant contract workflows
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and Salesforce contract processes
• Provide guidance, tracking, and process improvements across the legal lifecycle
  
  

About You

• 1 years in contract review/administration, ideally in healthcare, academic, pharma, or non-profit
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Skilled communicator comfortable working cross-functionally
• Tech savvy; Salesforce or DocuSign experience a plus
