What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Analyze P&L trends to identify opportunities and drive financial improvements
• Lead and track strategic initiatives with timelines, accountability, and milestones
• Monitor performance metrics and guide corrective actions
• Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership
• Align initiatives with financial and operational goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution
• Lead and mentor Business Excellence and Analyst teams
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt (preferred)
• Expert-level capability in P&L management and financial acumen
• Expert in strategic planning, execution, reporting, and communication
