Position Summary The CRO Bench Tech III position provides support to the Central Repair Operations to troubleshoot and repair electronic & electro-mechanical assemblies of Lottery and Gaming equipment. This position will review blueprints, wiring schematics and circuit board assembly. Position Requirements: • Work with employees / customers as it relates to hardware support, repairs and training. • Advanced understanding of theories of electronic circuitry and components. • Proficient at electronic repair and rework. High level soldering skill required. (Electronic rework certification and BGA experience a plus). • Must have previous experience troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards or electronic assemblies to a component level. • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, test instructions and complex schematic drawings. • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Windows) Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Job Level Description Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of several areas of the function. Handles semi-routine duties. Qualifications Education Must have associate degree in electronics or equivalency.
