Role Description The Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site role located in Simi Valley, CA, responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions for Scientific Cutting Tools, Inc. This role manages HR strategy and daily operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. The Human Resources Director administers HR policies and programs, supports leaders with employee relations issues, and ensures compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising management on HR best practices, overseeing benefits and compensation administration, maintaining accurate HR records, and fostering an inclusive, safe, and high-performance work environment. The role collaborates closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and support SCT’s culture of quality and continuous improvement.
