- Monitor the coating process and adjust as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Inspect coated products for quality, including adherence, thickness, and finish.
- Helps manage coated tool inventory products to ensure gaps are covered.
- Maintain and troubleshoot coating equipment, ensuring it is clean and operational.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in coating or related field preferred.
