- Coordinate schedules and training for sales team.
- Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures.
- Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
- Track quotas and goals of sales team members.
- Coordinate with finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes.
- Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales.
- Coordinate project booking for sales team.
- Support integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of construction sales administration experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
- Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers.
- Strong written and verbal skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Able to collaborate with sales team members and other departments with minimal supervision.
