Events and Partnerships Manager

Reports To: Director of Advancement

Job Summary

The Director of Events and Partnerships manages all fundraising events, donor cultivation

events, rentals, and public facing programs. This role builds partnerships with sponsors,

businesses, and community organizations to increase visibility and revenue. Works evenings

and weekends as needed for event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning

• Oversee the full lifecycle of events including planning, logistics, and execution
• Manage timelines, vendor coordination, catering, A/V, décor, staffing, and follow up
• Track event performance and recommend improvements
  
  

Partnerships and Sponsorships

• Develop and steward partnerships with community organizations, vendors, and sponsors
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and support recognition fulfillment
  
  

Revenue and Rentals

• Manage rental inquiries, contracts, communication, and client relationships
• Support revenue goals through excellent customer service and relationship building
  
  

Leadership

• Support budget planning with the Director of Advancement
• Supervise event staff, volunteers, and interns
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or related field
• 5 years experience in event planning or fundraising events
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
  
  

SCHEDULE: Full time

SALARY: $45,000-$50,000
