Request Fulfillment and QA Review Coordinator

Position Summary

The Request Fulfillment and Quality Assurance Review Coordinator participates in the execution of request fulfillment and quality assurance reviews relating to fulfilled requests. The coordinator will aid management in ensuring all team targets are met regarding timely and accurate order fulfillment, as well as goals relating to compliance, quality, response times, cost control, data management, client retention, and client service. The coordinator will additionally aid management in audit and assessment of client returns.

Experience and Requirements

· BA/BS, or combination of education and 2 years of relevant work experience, preferred.

· High aptitude for identifying minute errors.

· Ability to prioritize and execute a large amount of tasks in a specified period of time, while ensuring flawless execution

· The desire to work in an environment where it is necessary to adapt to frequent change, and re-prioritize based on the needs of our clients

· Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately through various forms of technology

· Individual who is self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

· Ability to work, or be on call, during off hours and the weekend, as needed.
