Overview
We need an experienced litigation attorney who has some background in marine cases and federal court litigation to assist with discovery , report writing and motion practice .
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal analysis.
- Work with younger staff counsel and paralegals to coordinate file preparation .
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with trial logistics and court depositions.
- Take depositions or review transcripts and write reports to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters and contribute to the development of case strategies.
Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per hour
