Housekeeping Worker

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking housekeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and property maintenance services that exceed our clients' expectations. Whether you are performing routine household chores, managing heavy-duty equipment, or caring for specialized luxury surfaces, your primary goal is to ensure a pristine, safe, and organized environment.

• Perform routine residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and washing dishes.
• Apply advanced knowledge of surface chemistry to safely clean and restore delicate materials like marble, hardwood, tile grout, and upholstery.
• Maintain a highly professional demeanor, respect client privacy, and handle personal property with the utmost care and discretion.
• Follow safety guidelines, properly dilute cleaning chemicals, and track job progress using our digital mobile app.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional cleaning experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites or our central office.
• Skills: Strong time-management skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for small details.
• Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard criminal background check.
