Outside Residential Roofing Sales Representative

SCI Roofing is seeking motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals to join our growing residential sales team in South Florida.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential, designed for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and interested in building a career in residential roofing sales.

No previous roofing experience is required. We provide the technology, training, tools, and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new residential roofing opportunities within assigned South Florida territories.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting targeted residential neighborhoods and communities

• Introducing homeowners to SCI Roofing and our services

• Identifying homeowners who may be considering roof replacement

• Generating new residential roofing leads and opportunities

• Meeting homeowners face-to-face

• Using company-provided technology to generate preliminary roofing quotes

• Scheduling and conducting roofing appointments

• Presenting roofing systems, materials, warranties, and available options

• Preparing and presenting proposals

• Following up with prospective customers

• Managing your individual sales pipeline

• Converting qualified opportunities into signed roofing contracts

• Maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, quotes, and sales

• Representing SCI Roofing professionally throughout the community

This is an active outside sales position. Successful representatives will spend significant time in the field developing new relationships and generating their own business.

Previous roofing experience is not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation is directly tied to individual sales performance. Successful representatives have the opportunity to build significant income by consistently generating and closing residential roofing business.
