🚀 Senior Director, In Vitro Bioanalysis (PK & Immunogenicity)
📍 San Diego, CA
A growing CRO is seeking a Senior Director, In Vitro Bioanalysis to lead and scale a high-impact bioanalytical function supporting preclinical and clinical drug development.
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced scientist with deep expertise in PK and immunogenicity assay development, looking to build and shape a best-in-class bioanalytical platform.
🔬 What you’ll be doing:
- Lead bioanalytical strategy across PK, TK, biomarker & immunogenicity assays
- Oversee development & validation of GLP-compliant PK and ADA/NAb assays
- Drive scientific excellence across ELISA, MSD, LC-MS/MS, flow cytometry & cell-based platforms
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing scientific team
- Act as a senior scientific partner to biopharma clients
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- PhD with 15 years in bioanalysis / immunogenicity / PK
- Strong background in GLP bioanalytical environments
- Proven leadership in assay development & lab operations
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions and client programs
