Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners in sourcing and screening qualified candidates in commercial and clinical spaces. This position can performed remotely or on-site in Cambridge, MA. The range for this role is $60-70/hour.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the recruiting strategy and job requirements for the position.
- Source and screen qualified candidates (both active and passive) for all levels of positions throughout the organization, utilizing various recruiting sourcing and screening methods.
- Utilizes a broad range of sourcing strategies including networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry sites, diversity partnerships, applicant tracking database and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain passive talent pipelines and Identify strategies and campaigns to attract passive candidates.
- BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience with 8 plus years of sourcing and recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Successful track record of sourcing talent at all levels. Demonstrated experience within commercial and clinical recruitment.
- Must have outstanding research/sourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative search techniques, to effectively identify a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ability to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
